In the event that you have lost your debit card or it has been stolen, please go to your Cowboy Bank Online Banking, log in, select your card from the list, select the “Block” button, and select the confirm button. Now your Cowboy Bank debit card has been successfully blocked.
If you do not have Online Banking, please call your local branch to report a lost or stolen debit card. If it is after business hours, please call 1-888-263-3370.
To request a new debit card please call your branch and speak with one of our CSRs about ordering a new card. Alternatively, you can stop by our Oakwood branch and we can make you a debit card on-site!

To access Cowboy Bank's Online Banking services please go to www.cowboy.bank and click the “Login” button in the top right screen. Once you have been redirected, click the “Not enrolled? Sign up now” link below the “Submit” button. Please fill out ALL applicable fields and click “Submit”. One of our team members will review your application, give you a call, and approve your application. Upon approval, you should have access to your OLB withing 30 minutes to an hour.
To access Cowboy Bank's Online Banking services please go to www.cowboy.bank and click the “Login” button in the top right screen. You can also click the "Login" button located in the top right section of this screen you are currently on.
e-Statements are electronically generated account statements that are available to our customers via Online Banking. No more lost statements in the mail, no more filing paper statements in a cabinet. Access all your statements through one easy to use online platform.
NOTIFICATIONS are email and text messages that keep you updated on fraud warnings, holiday hours, regulation changes, and other important news. Cowboy Bank will never ask for your password or codes in a NOTIFICATION. If you get such a request, call us right away at (580) 234-1500.
